As Congressional interrogations of Kathleen Sebelius easily made crystal clear, she knows nothing about the law, zilch (see the video of the hilarious if not too sad Congressional proceedings below).
Since her expertise in anything is not the reason, the only motive for her to speak is that she is in the news as a Stalinesque figure, determined to bring an end to the religious freedom of all Catholics, Christians, Jews, and others in the United States and beyond. I was once proud to say that my father went to Georgetown Law School, but no more. Georgetown has chosen to be on the cutting edge of religious persecution.
