No words needed — the two Popes together — or not

the two popes

As I’ve been told in emails and in the comments box, this is photoshopped. O.K. O.K. But it’s prophetic if you ask me.

Looking at this photo, my affection for Benedict XVI wells up inside of me. He seems to me as such a clear reflection of the gentleness and kindness of Jesus Christ.

Are you sure that photo is real? I thought Pope Francis wasn’t supposed to see Benedict until next week. Also, that photo looks very much like this one of Benedict and Francis before Francis’ election: http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/02510/Pope_Benedict_meet_2510271b.jpg

Fr., it seems to be a photoshopped picture of this original picture.

    I hope you allow links.

Father, this picture has been touched digitally.
The real photo is a meeting with Pope Benedict and Cardinal Bergoglio.
Pope Francis has not yet met Pope Emeritus Benedict!
    Here is the real picture:

23 March, Saturday: 12:00pm, departure in helicopter from the Vatican heliport. At 12:15pm he will meet and lunch with Pope emeritus Benedict XVI at Castel Gandolfo and will then return to the Vatican.

Photoshopped or not, I’m still reminded of consecutive bolts of lightning or a simultaneous meteorite and asteroid event.

  7. Photoshopped or not, this is way too cool. As I said in another post about another circumstance, this is a first; there was no photoshopp-ing going on 600 years ago, lol
