Catholic Pro-Life Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli says his bishop needs to go to jail over the Obamacare abortion mandate

I love it when I see the Lion of the Tribe of Judah among the beloved of His sheepfold, having them lay down their lives out of love for the brethren, in this way confirming them in the faith. The grace of our Lord has His shepherds die to themselves so as to live for the Head and members of the Mystical Body of Christ.

Because I am in my 70s, I have seen many changes in the past decades. In the 1950s we did not have school massacres. What has stayed the same and what has differed that may be responsible for the mayhem that transpired in Newtown. In the bygone 60 years, what has happened in this once proud United States of America?
In the 50s war surplus assault rifles with large magazines were readily available; every public school room had the Ten Commandments displayed; delegates to a political convention would never vote to exclude God from their platform; a man and a woman married for life and strove to keep their vows; It was not considered normal for a man and woman to live together without being married; businesses were not boycotted for supporting marriage between a man and a woman.
In the 50s religious liberty was not an issue because everyone knew it was protected by the Constitution; Christians were not forced to pay for other people’s abortions; babies were safe in their mother’s wombs; clerks wished shoppers a Merry Christmas, rather than Happy Holidays; you could buy an outdoor nativity set in most every store; most homes reverently displayed a nativity arrangement; entire families could enjoy wholesome TV programs such as Ozzie and Harriet, the Life of Riley, I Love Lucy and Bishop Sheen.
Motion pictures were not rated because there were no immoral movies that could influence kids to engage in malicious violence, drugs, alcohol, adultery and recreational sex; kids played Monopoly and Clue rather than Cop Killer.
It seems that the only thing mentioned that hasn’t changed is that guns were available, but guns are what most people are focusing on. In my opinion, it is the hearts minds and morals of Americans that has changed.
