Florae for the Immaculate Conception and some progress at the hermitage

This is what I see from Holy Souls Hermitage. I say that they’re in honor of the Immaculate Conception because, you have to know, that’s what I think their Creator says too! Jesus is really cool that way.

So, it’s now autumn. And that means that the road down below will be dangerous with tourists looking at the leaves and not at the road. And it’s a one lane road with deep ravines. Yikes!

This morning has seen some long awaited progress at the hermitage. I’ve been copying files onto an external harddrive from the one computer that is ready to give up the ghost and am getting ready to put them into the new laptop. That means that I’ll soon be able to set up a directory for the writing projects and get things in order, and… and… even attempt to connect to the little printer. Can’t wait to see if it still works. Yikes!

Must be breathtaking to stand in the midst of all this beautiful splendor. Thanks for sharing with us.

As for the computer issues, say a prayer to St. Isidore of Seville, patron saint of computers, computer users, computer programmers and the , Internet. (Born: c.560 in Cartagena, Spain – Died: April 4, 636 – Feast Day: April 4)

  3. ” How beautiful is autumn ” . . . from TO AUTUMN by John Keats .
Your photos add visual proof to the truth of this statement .

    Happy Autumn
