Florae for Our Lady (the camera is working nicely)

Just as a by the way, when’s the last time you stopped to pick or get a bouquet of flowers for our Lady, placing them before a statue of her in your local parish church? I’m asking you priests and bishops too!

    Placed Mother’s Day Carnations on the altar of the open aired Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation in 2009.

    Hopefully they’re still alive if potted! If not, I hope they’re removed!

    Upkeep is always part of the project. I’m sure our Lady appreciates all efforts, but as all mothers know, breakfast in bed on mother’s day is always more work for her as everyone uses a zillion more pots and pans than needed and forgets to clean up, but she, with a mother’s heart, loves every second of it.
