UPDATE: HAH! What if the Attorney General of the United States were to apply RICO to…?

Just askin’…

Does the money go into the tens of millions even for single attorneys?

Were/are there any kickbacks to local District Attorneys? to members of anti-Catholic special interest groups? to others?

I wonder if one made the right algorithm whether it would show that “winnings” in abuse cases brought by an attorney who has expressed virulent hatred for the Catholic Church will issue in a fairly consistent percentile of those winnings appearing as a donation to, for instance, anti-Catholic special interest “advocacy” groups, even if those donations were made through third parties.

While as much as 50% of the accusations are true, was there a good percentage of false accusations encouraged by such groups? Were those cases shunted to such attorneys? Did those groups get money back from those attorneys?

If that were the case, couldn’t the Attorney General of the United States start a probe for a possible application of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act?

Just askin’…

Of course, it would have to be a pretty good computer programmer who would come up with that kind of algorithm with the strength to battle through that much data… But it is possible, isn’t it? Just askin’…

UPDATE: Oh wait! Never mind! All this has already been admitted by such attorneys and by such adovcacy groups, though they would never admit that any case they bring with such racketeering is spurious. Otherwise, they might all be facing long prison sentences. But spurious cases are now coming to light, with many hundreds of millions of dollars in question. This is why Father Gordon MacRae’s case is so important. The truth of his case must be known, HERE and HERE, so as to protect children in the future. When it is found out that organized crime re-raped children, using them to get more money in the courts, regardless of what happened or didn’t happen, there will be a backlash in the courts. Real victims will hesitate to come forward. And that would be a terrible, terrible shame. Who’s to blame? Follow the money…

And oh… by the way… It seems that there has been an investigation going on, but that the largest advocacy group refuses to reveal the sources of its benefactors. Why not? Well, that might lead to RICO convictions, no? Just askin’…
