I suppose I should get to know the other side of the Roman Rite…

I’ve been offering the Extraordinary Form, but I suppose I should get to know the local version of the Ordinary Form Roman Rite as well. Click on the picture for more info. This is a wish list item which doesn’t work well to put on the wish list.

    Father,

As your wishlist is empty again (tsss) and the banks are much more efficient at protesting against donations from overseas (I dislike charges adding up to 30% of the total amount…) this would be a good item for me to donate, erm, force upon you. [I assume this gift shop accept credit cards, and that no-one has already done the same].

But I would have to fill out the Address / City / State / ZIPcode / email / phone details. Please contact me with that info.

    Hello good doctor!

Sorry about the sorry state of the wish list. I need to get to the library for a better connection to do that one. I hope to do this by Wednesday afternoon HSH time, 23 November.

In many countries a post office cheque is possible, such as the U.S., Italy, Australia… Don’t know about where you are. Sometimes banks will also write a cheque for the tiniest fee if any. The bank transfer thing is, I must admit, a failure. The fees are way too high.

My PMB (Personal Mail Box) at the UPS Store (United Postal Service Store) acts as a physical address, so that any package of any size can be sent there. They will keep it for me till I pick it up free of charge, until they force it upon me.

Cheques have to be made out to GEORGE DAVID BYERS. That, or anything else, can be sent to:

    George David Byers
    102 College Station Drive
    Suite 3 — PMB 233
    Brevard, N.C. 28712-3702 U.S.A.

For the email: holysoulshermitage using gmail dot com
For the phone, you can use the number at the UPS Store, since they are the one’s who will receive/sign for anything that comes in on my behalf. Their number is: 828-883-4701

    Thanks, doc!

    It’s on its way, father.

(the reference number etc is in your mailbox)

Thanks, doc, for forcing this on me.

This keeps me in the know with what’s going on between the bishops and the Holy See. When one touches the Mass, one touches the Heart of the Church. Saint Thomas the Apostle reached out to touch that Heart when Christ said, “Put your hand into my side.” Would that all who would reach into the side of Christ would know that they are reaching into the pierced Heart of Christ, and feel it pulsating for love of them.

    Prayers and blessings!

    Father George
